When you sign in with Discord we store your Discord ID, username and avatar. Chat stores your messages with timestamps. For payments, Stripe and Ko-fi share order metadata (amount, email) - full card details never touch our servers. With your consent, Google Analytics measures anonymous usage. Server logs keep technical data (IP, user agent) for security.
Authentication and sessions, displaying chat, recording orders, understanding usage in aggregate, and protecting the service from abuse. Nothing beyond running this community site.
hps-session keeps you logged in (7 days), hps-locale remembers language, hps-cookie-consent remembers your analytics choice, and a short-lived OAuth state cookie protects logins (10 minutes).
Discord (login), Stripe and Ko-fi (payments), AzuraCast (radio streams) and Google Analytics (only after you accept). We don't sell data and share nothing for marketing.
Data lives in our own EU-hosted database. Chat messages stay until removed. Payment records are kept as long as accounting rules require. Logs rotate regularly.
You can ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your data at staff@hpsbassline.club. Deleting your chat history or account data is done manually on request.
If this policy changes materially, the updated date above moves and continued use counts as acceptance.
