Haapsaly Bassline (HPS) is an independent music community from Haapsalu, Estonia. This site hosts our radio, events, releases, gallery, news, shop, live streams and chat. Using the site means you accept these terms.
Some features (like live chat) require signing in with Discord. Admin areas are restricted to an allowlist. You are responsible for activity under your account - if someone else uses it, that's on you.
Be kind: no hate, harassment, spam or illegal content. Anything you post (messages, uploads) must be yours to share or properly licensed. Moderators may remove content and restrict access without warning.
You keep all rights to what you post. By posting here you give us a free license to display it on this site. Don't upload music, photos or text you have no rights to.
Donations and merch go through Stripe and Ko-fi - their terms apply on top of ours. Donations are voluntary and non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. Prices are shown with any applicable taxes.
This is a community project run by volunteers: no uptime guarantees. Streams, pages and content may change, pause or disappear at any time.
The site is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from its use.
